いっぱい
full, a lot
Two helpings in and somebody comes round with a third. Your hand goes flat over the plate before you have thought about it. Not one more pie: いっぱい.
お腹がいっぱい is full up. In front of a noun it means a lot of: 人がいっぱい. 多い おおい is the plain a lot.
