いらっしゃる
to be, to come, to go (honorific form)
The chef looks up, sees who has come in, and the shout goes up before the door has shut. Ee い, rush らっしゃ, and he means it. Never about yourself, only about the guest standing there: いらっしゃる.
Honorific, and it stands in for いる, 来る and 行く all at once, so it can mean be, come or go depending on the sentence. いらっしゃいませ, the shout in every shop, is this verb.
