よう
things to do, (as a suffix) to do..., made for...
Somebody has been stood in your doorway for a while now saying nothing at all, so in the end you have to be the one to ask. Yo. What is it you actually want? よう.
何か用ですか is do you need something. As a suffix it is made for: 子供用 for children. Not the verb to do: that is やる casually or 致す humbly. Same 用 as 用意 ようい.
