ぎゃく
reverse, inverse
A road with a figure drawn upside down walking along it, against everything coming the other way. A yak ぎゃく going up the down escalator. Whatever you assumed, the other way round: ぎゃく.
逆に means conversely, or on the contrary. As a noun it is the opposite of the thing.
