A marsh, and then an entire mountain sat on top of it, which is a good deal more of the stuff than anybody needs. A taco たく for every san さん in the building: たくさん.
You will nearly always see this one spelled たくさん rather than with its characters. 多い おおい describes a noun as numerous, where 沢山 counts the amount. 十分 じゅうぶん is plenty as in enough.
