The same crown of the head as 頂く and down it goes again, duck いただ and all. Hands together over the bowl, and not one grain moves until it has been said: いただきます.
The humble "I receive", said before eating. ごちそうさま is its pair afterwards. Same 頂 as 頂く いただく.
